Teri Maa Ki…or Monkey

Teri Maa Ki…or Monkey that is the question. Now I wonder if anywhere in India if there was a fight what would have aggravated the situation. Your guess is as good as mine, yet Bhajji has gotten away without much fuss from the allegation. You call it money talks or whatever – but I wonder if Aussies are really intelligent here or were they making a fuss about this entire racist rubbish.

My Dad used to call me monkey brand as a kid – does that mean I take offence and get him charged for being racist. If my Dad ever heard me utter ‘Teri Maa ki…’ even without getting to the end of that cuss phrase I would have gotten killed. Yet Aussies have been lulled into believing that the BCCI is using its financial clout to bury the racism charges. You missing the point Aussies.

Excuse me – Mr. Symonds, do you have a mother.

Thank You Mr. Bucknor

The media is saying the India was Bucknored in Australia in the recently concluded Sydney test. Cries of ‘Buck off’ are also been shouted. People want to complain, and god knows do what else to these two poor umpires. I’d beg to differ here.

People have such short term memory. Just a few months ago everyone was regaling, mounting praises on their victory in the T20 championships in South Africa. The media gave credit to Dhoni and this men on how they beat all the best sides in the world to emerge triumphant. A rookie side took on the mighty Aussies, Pakis, English, South Africans etc. Hello – did you forget that this would not have been possible if one man was there.

If you haven’t guessed as yet…look at the title again. Mr. Bucknor wasn’t allowed to officiate in the T20 chanpionships, thus allowing an historic Indian win. Thank you Mr. Bucknor – all these others have forgotten but I haven’t, and will remain indebted to you for this.
